✉ Maya, in a sent email, yesterday
Hi Helen, thanks for reaching out! I'll send you a few times for a walkthrough tomorrow.
Task Reply to Helen Ashworth with quote times, due today
An assistant for small businesses
It reads the inbox before you're up. It keeps the calendar honest, remembers every promise anyone made, and writes up every meeting. Ask it anything about your business in plain words and it answers from your own mail, files and notes.
A Tuesday at Harbourline
She has a kitchen, a bathroom and a basement quote on the go, a site lead named Tom, a quartz slab that's late and a bookkeeper who needs receipts. She used to spend her first two hours every day in email. Here is her Tuesday with Hexxy.
Harbourline is made up. The screens are not: every one of them is the real app, running on invented data.
7:02 a.m. · Coffee
Scroll, and watch Hexxy sort them. Tap any one to see what it did.

7:40 a.m. · It learns
When Hexxy isn't sure, it asks with one tap: ★ important or ✕ not really. Every answer teaches it, so the second week it asks less and the second month it barely asks at all.
Rules are there for the things she's sure about: "anything from the city goes to the top" or "supplier receipts go to the bookkeeper." She writes them the way she'd say them.
8:15 a.m. · In the truck
Joey is the part of Hexxy you talk to. It reads the same mail, calendar, contacts, tasks and files Maya does, and it answers in a sentence, not a search result.
What do I owe people this week, and what's waiting on me?
You owe two: Brightwire's invoice BW-1182, $2,116 with HST, due October 13, and Bayside Lumber, billed on Wednesday's delivery.
Four things are waiting on you: Priya's pantry-wall change order, Marcus's quartz swap (he needs a yes or no by Wednesday), Helen's basement quote, and Rachel's three missing receipts.
Want me to draft Priya's change order first? It's the one holding up the schedule.

Hi Helen, thanks for reaching out! I'll send you a few times for a walkthrough tomorrow.

☏ Missed call, this morning 7:48
Priya Nair · no voicemail. Her email, 20 minutes later: "Can we add the pantry wall?"
Nudge Call Priya back. It's about the change order.
✆ Text from a client, 2 days ago
Doug Keating: Can someone confirm demo day is still Monday? Need to move the car.
Nudge Unanswered for 2 days: text Doug back.
Emails, texts and calls with each person, in order, on one screen. Before Maya rings Priya back, she knows what was said last and by whom.
Texts and calls come from the Android app, and only if you turn it on.
1:30 p.m. · The Nair job
Hexxy records, knows who's talking, and by the time Maya's back in the truck the recap is in the team's thread: what was decided, who's doing what, and what's at risk.
Before the meeting, it briefs her too: Priya's last emails, the open change orders and the slab delay.
3:05 p.m. · Back at the office
Price sheets, supplier terms, the warranty policy, how Maya likes quotes written. It all lives in Hexxy's knowledge base, and the crew can ask Joey instead of calling Maya.
Each person sees what they should. The bookkeeper sees the books; the crews don't.
4:30 p.m. · The pipeline
Every person who writes in, calls or books a visit lands in Hexxy's customer list with the history attached. Quotes that went quiet come back up for a follow-up, drafted in Maya's own voice for her to send.
Her team works in the same place, so everyone can see the whole job, message each other inside Hexxy and hand off without a phone call.
6:10 p.m.
Inbox at zero, no loose promises, tomorrow already on the calendar. Hexxy keeps working through the night, and it'll have the morning sorted before she's up.

Hexxy runs its own AI models on machines we own and operate here. Your mail isn't shipped off to a big AI company to be read.
Want it in your office closet instead? We'll install Hexxy on a machine you own. Same app, same assistant, and nothing leaves the building.
Hexxy drafts replies, books and reminds. Nothing goes out in your name until you say so.
Hexxy is made by HexPi, a Canadian business that has run small businesses for fifteen years. When something's off, you talk to the person who built it.
